Chicken and Spicy Prawns! True Macau Specialities! Since
1976 Henri has been cooking up his own versions at Henris's
Galley and visitors from far and wide have enjoyed them.
Much has happened in Macau over the
past 24 years - bad times and good, rain and shine -
but Henri's has endured it all and is still serving
great food. His curry crab is famous too, as are most
of his dishes.
One thing has changed at Henri's though,
now that the Nam Van Lakes and new roads are complete,
the Praia Grande is once again a quiet avenue. Just
as they did 24 year ago, people stroll under the banyan
trees and enjoy a meal and a jug of Sangria with Henri!
